The neighborhood
The Pau Hana Condo is located in the heart of Kailua Village, and is a 5-minute walk to the ocean, restaurants, and an abundance of shops. As part of the complex, you’ll have access to the pool and use of gas BBQes, perfect for a refreshing dip or grilling a delicious meal after a long day at the beach or exploring the island.
The Pau Hana Condo also comes with a free parking spot. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but Kailua Village has an easy-to-use coin laundry room that allows you to pay with your phone.
There is an elevator to the unit, but please note that there are two sets of four stairs after taking the elevator to access the unit.
