The Pono Condo’s kitchen features top-of-the-line, stainless steel Haier appliances (fridge and oven). Enjoy the luxuries of home with the condo’s fully stocked kitchen: a coffee maker for making the perfect cup of Kona coffee, a Nutribullet blender, a toaster, plenty of pots and pans, and more.

Thanks to the ocean breezes, air conditioning isn’t a must, but the living room does include a new box A/C available for use. High speed wifi internet and cable TV is available for the smart television.

Wake up well-rested and ready to enjoy beautiful Hawaii: The comfortable bedroom features a top-of-the-line king size bed with high quality linens. Sliding shoji doors offer the option to close off the bedroom from the living room for privacy, or can be opened to allow for a more expansive space.

In the large closet, you’ll find plenty of room to hang your belongings, as well as everything you need for the perfect day at the beach. Inventory, of course, is subject to change if it walks away; please ensure all items are returned to the condo before leaving. 🙂

The neighborhood
The Pono Condo is located in the heart of Kailua Village, and is a 5-minute walk to the ocean, restaurants, and an abundance of shops. As part of the complex, you’ll have access to the pool and use of gas BBQes, perfect for a refreshing dip or grilling a delicious meal after a long day at the beach or exploring the island.
The Pono Condo also comes with a free parking spot. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but Kailua Village has an easy-to-use coin laundry room that allows you to pay with your phone.
There is an elevator to the unit, but please note that there are two sets of four stairs after taking the elevator to access the unit.
